How to Find Your Size

For the best results, measure a pair of performance leggings you already own or measure directly on your body:

A. Waist: Measure straight across the narrowest part of your waist (or top waistband). Double this number if measuring flat to get your waist measurement (e.g., 25–26″ fits size S).
B. In-Seam: Measure from the crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to the bottom ankle hem.

Fit Tips
- The Inseam: Featuring a consistent 27-inch inseam across sizes S, M, and L, these leggings are designed to hit right at the ankle for full-length coverage and zero excess fabric.
- High-Stretch Waistband: Designed with flexible stretch construction to provide supportive core compression and stay securely in place during active movement, training, or daily wear.
- Between Sizes? If you fall between waist sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more compressed, supportive fit, or sizing up for relaxed, all-day comfort.
